My Fake Smile

I never imagined that one small change to my day could have such a big impact on my life.


All I had known up until that point was failed diets, worthless doctor advice, and a feeling of helplessness and depression.


So it was incredible to watch my weight melt away after completing this unique 5-second evening ritual.


After a consultation with my doctor, I discovered that it also had the added benefits of supporting a healthy heart, arteries and blood sugar levels too!


I can't believe it showed me weight gain has nothing to do with:


How much high intensity exercise or cardio you do...


How many fad diets you go on, cutting out your favorite foods…


Or how much sugar or carbohydrates you eat...


It turns out that these are all myths told by the fitness industry to keep you stuck in a never-ending cycle of weight gain.


You then start to blame yourself when nothing works.


But it is not your fault!

My cravings magically disappeared.
